Mack Valueliner V8 – A Classic Australian Trucking Icon

The Mack Valueliner became one of the most recognisable conventional heavy-duty trucks operating on Australian roads.

Renowned for its distinctive bonneted design, rugged construction and powerful road presence, the Valueliner was developed to meet the demanding requirements of Australian transport operators.

V8-powered versions became particularly popular among truck enthusiasts, with the distinctive sound and performance of Mack's V8 engines contributing to the model's legendary reputation.

The Mack Valueliner remains a favourite among collectors and transport enthusiasts, representing a memorable chapter in Australia's heavy-duty trucking history.

Wettenhalls – Australian Freight Transport Heritage

This Highway Replicas model features the distinctive Wettenhalls transport company livery, celebrating a well-known name in Australian road freight.

The combination of a Mack Valueliner V8 prime mover and curtainside semi trailer represents the type of transport equipment used for general freight operations throughout Australia.

Curtainside trailers provide convenient access to freight from the sides of the vehicle, making them particularly useful for transporting palletised goods, packaged products and other commercial cargo.

Their practical design combines the protection of an enclosed trailer with the flexibility of side loading and unloading.

Paired with the classic Mack Valueliner, the Wettenhalls curtainside trailer creates an impressive representation of traditional Australian highway transport.
