Among the most famous of the class was ‘Cock O’ The North’, a locomotive that remains a favourite among British railway enthusiasts.


This newly tooled model delivers an exceptional level of realism with synchronised sound and steam effects, creating authentic exhaust beats and visible water vapour from the chimney. Controlled via DCC or Bluetooth using Hornby’s free HM7000 app, the locomotive also features a powerful 5-pole motor and all-wheel electrical pickup for smooth and reliable operation.
