The Ford Capri is a major hit on every circuit
For many years the Ford Capri was a popular sight on public roads, and on the racetracks of the world. The Capri achieved major successes in German motor racing championships. At the end of the 1981 season, Team Würth-Zakspeed celebrated overall victory with their Ford Capri. Klaus Ludwig won 10 of the 14 races and became the undisputed champion. In 1982, the Capri was entered for 4 races, before being replaced by its successor, the Ford C100.
